Disinformation update: Zelensky's hotel in Courchevel and a new fondfbr "investigation"

(fake) Zelensky purchased hotel in Сourchevel
Story includes a video in French language which tries to appear like a legitimate TV news episode, with initial narrator posing as a correspondent in front of said hotel (likely in person, but we don’t have expertise to rule out professional studio editing) at the beginning and then switching to another narrator, who looks like an AI-esque avatar.
While we lack expertise in the voice forensics, we think that the “correspondent” sounds similar to the person involved in one of the prior Storm-1516 episodes, which suggested that Paris city council decided to rename Aval Bridge into the “Red Army Bridge”. Unfortunately, in the prior episode, the face is not fully visible, but the style of appearance also looks somewhat similar.
Story also bears a lot of similarities with another prior Storm-1516 campaigns about Vuni Palace hotel, which also claimed that the hotel was owned “Film Heritage” entity.

As noted by some X users, video contains a screen grab of fake hotel website hotelpalacedesneiges[.]com, which was registered very recently. It’s hosted on NameCheap hosting, which is consistent with Storm-1516 operations and is the same as was used in Vuni Palace episode [1] [2]
On December 2, story appeared on multiple RU Telegram channels often involved in distribution of Storm-1516 narratives:

Telegram publications also cite lesechosdelafrance[.]fr as source, which is also a recently registered website. It’s hosted on Hostinger, which is consistent with throwaway fake media outlets associated with Storm-1516 campaigns.
With high confidence we can conclude that this is a Storm-1516 campaign.
